Appraising & Shortlisting Suppliers | Evaluation of Suppliers

By attending the modern seminar lasting 12 teaching hours, the participants will learn how to evaluate and pre-approve the Suppliers of the bottleneck and strategic supply category items of their business. That is, the items that are either critical for smooth operation or represent a large percentage of total expenditure and at the same time a large supply risk / impact on profitability / differentiation for your business. If the evaluation is positive then the Supplier will be added to the list of approved Suppliers for the specific supply category and to the list for RFx when a relevant contract expires or is created.
